The bummer is that when @strike cancelled their mobile money off and on ramps here in Zambia a small but growing group of folks saving in BTC got scared off of using BTC. I know we shouldn't be platform dependent, but it is a bummer to see. These are folks who need to save in small chunks ~$2 at a time, but now they're feeling rugged by @strike and worse lost appetite for BTC.

yeah i was kinda expecting Milei to understand a BIT about bitcoin, not a lot btw, just A BIT. it turns out he knows shit and has zero interest on learning about it and preferred to be scammed by some shitcoiners that whispered some sweet nothing to him

I am non technical in the extreme, but would be happy to help in whatever way I am able. I love the freedom and savings that BTC could be here, but we need Lighting to mobile on and off ramps.

Why are you portraying Milei as Captain Ancap, a negative Argentine example? Sir, Milei is doing a fantastic job including virtually eliminating inflation and poverty by simply STOP PRINTING MONEY. He is also making our Central Bank STOP SETTING THE INTEREST RATE OF THE MARKET. These are two major accomplishments encouraged by Bitcoiners View quoted note →

Um, it's actually going the reverse way. The government is using Bitcoin as a leverage to keep their fiat money propped up. People that understand cryptocurrency knows that Bitcoin has been dead for years. It's just all the normies keeping it propped up and alive. Bitcoin's on life support. It's just a matter of time before it gets pulled.
