i've not had the opportunity to compare but soy-dominant seed feeding of chickens produces eggs that give me a severe allergy now. this only started happening about 5 years ago, i assume it's some kind of EU agriculture policy effect. very likely beef's protein and fat profile is harmed by the same thing. full of oxidative omega 6 and various kinds of peptides in the protein that are allergenic.

the beef is up to 80% real beef though
