Capitalism does not need to be voluntary. Using theft, coercion, etc. is also allowed under capitalism. Capitalism is just when private citizens own the means of production, which is the natural state. There is no rule saying how they are allowed to come into that ownership.
Nature is red in tooth and claw. Every other economic system is an attempt to defang capitalism.

How can private citizens "own" anything unless there are rules protecting private property? That's what it means to own something, that someone else is not allowed to take if from you with force, i.e., they can only convince you to part with it *voluntarily*. If I can steal your property, then there is no ownership. And it's not capitalism.
That's why capitalism does not mean "state of nature". It's the natural order of things only when certain conditions are in place. Laws are necessary.
Nature is indeed red in tooth, our ancestral diet reflects that, high animal fat intake is natural.
