Same time demon cheney goes to hell. God is mocking the evil empire. With all their "might" and money and influence.
As far as I know, this won't happen before the Day of Judgement.
There is the in between in the grave where good people receive good comfort and evil people receive some form of punishment but idk for how long i also know of a hadith that the believers death is like a comfortable sleep ans they wake up the day of judgement like they're waking up for their wedding night (as in the time of the fun not the stressful party organizing lol)
