I was about to write the exact same thing! "You are not alone." There are so many narratives out there that I was taught to picked up as I was growing up, and looking at them now, I still sometimes find myself kinda shaking my head out of the narrative as I hear what is actually being said. I'm getting freer and freer, but there's still a long way to go.
