How do we get rid of grubhub/ubereats/door dash? Does #nostr or #bitcoin fix this? These platforms are a cancer on the hospitality industry.

GrubHub takes 30% plus fees. A restaurant nets ~65% of what you pay. Bitcoin is a direct payment, no middleman. For food delivery, it's still tricky without a critical mass. But for digital goods?
