GrubHub takes 30% plus fees. A restaurant nets ~65% of what you pay. Bitcoin is a direct payment, no middleman. For food delivery, it's still tricky without a critical mass. But for digital goods? The problem is that these platforms have control of the distribution. Most customers go there when they think "I'm hungry, what should I eat?"
