Try Blender. It’s free and open-source. It’s mainly for 3D modeling, rigging, animation, and rendering. However, it does have some video editing capabilities. The video editing component of Blender is often referred to as the "Video Sequence Editor" (VSE).

Ha! Thats awesome. We already have blender since it’s my main 3d modeling tool. I’m a gamedev. Never thought about it as an editing tool 😀👌

Yes, Blender is awesome. I remember way back, early in my career, when the industry would laugh at Blender. It's now a prime example of an open-source project that started small, was often ridiculed, but improved gradually and slowly over time, and has since become a powerful CGI software that many industries are now adopting. Gradually, then suddenly 🚀

I use Shotcut and find I very easy to use 🥰
