Hmm. Eggs are usually a win - verrrry nutricious, all the amino acids and enough cholesterol to build a new animal. An egg a day keeps the doctor away. That thing about apples is a blatant lie... Beef beats bacon in every category. They pump the bacon full of water to make it appear like more. I'd say if you're craving bacon, that probably means you need to eat more fat, and I don't think it matters which animal produced the fat. I think the only purpose for veggies is to get the anti nutrients that piss off your gut biome and cause a bowel movement. The gut brain goes, "reeee! Get this stuff outta here!" Which means, in an inverted way, veggies are healthy. Idk why I'm talking about this. No filter...

You're in good company!!!! I love beef, and it's actually recommended to me a lot at psy-gym because it's intensely grounding. So when I'm getting too in my head and off with the fairies they'll recommend taking a salt bath and eating some steak. Doctors too are usually highly recommending it as I'm anemic. The problem for me with beef is that 98% of the time it's fantastic, but 2% of the time there's an unexpected texture that horrifies me enough that I avoid beef until people get pushy about me eating it again ๐Ÿคฃ image
