Seeing signs of discontent on here. Times like this, just go outside and get some sun, listen to the songbirds. Some things are just out of our control, and thats ok. #chill

100% ... it's all a clown show, they are trying to distract you. Live your life. Really think and and decide what is important, then ignore the noise.
Times are always gong to be bad, we just have to find ways to get through them (or avoid the negative stuff to focus on minding our own business). Music, walks, and cooking are my favoritel ways.
