Day 19/31 60 ish minutes from a hike and some shoulder work. I'm trying to keep every body group loaded with 8-12 exercises per week. Seeing some good strength gains so far.

It's amazing what our bodies can do and grow from. This is my fourth time doing this and by then end I'm pretty beat up but also stronger and with much higher endurance like you said
I feel stronger, but I’m whooped!
I can feel muscles I don’t know I had. As for the gains? I thought I noticed some… turns out my belt was inside out. Yes it’s a thing. Don’t knock it till you try it 😂
What I noticed is that even if I’m dragging to start. My body has become accustomed to the work and another gear just kicks in. When I am done, I usually think, I don’t know how I just did that. I didn’t think I had that much energy, but I guess I did.
I posted some fat loss from previous ones but this go around I've been focused on strength so my gains are just in heavier weight. It's only been 3 weeks. Imagine what we could do in 6 months
