It's simply the equivilant of אלהים גדול from the Torah (Deut 10.17). If you're religious and beleive in God then there really isn't any reason to live in fear of someone proclaiming the majesty of God's greatness. If you're an atheist that would make more sense. What's funny is I live in some of the most conservative parts of America and can yell out Allahu Akbar at a grocery store or mall and nothing will happen (yes, I have actually done this). I'll get glaring eyes more from my wife than anyone else 😂
