Can you try resetting your index and search relay settings on Amethyst help?
From what I could gather, one of the issues is that a lot of people don't have their profile event in their outbox relays. We are adding an explorer to other relays in case everything fails, but it is still in dev :(
I'm kind of a noob, can you tell me what this means?
