I think he means having different buttons on the list of amounts. ie 2x21 sats buttons, one with gm & one with gn as default messages.
Something like this. You can set a variety of saved custom messages, and it's one click to send them.

Whoa, that's nice. Discovery could be better, though. I've been using Amethyst since I got on Nostr and never knew this.
Double zap = SMS message.
That's what I do now.
I'd like to set a default message to go with most of my preset zaps.
I'd also like to setup a "GM" 21 sat zap & a "GN" 21 sat zap.
All of my preset zap amounts have different meanings to me & I'd like to communicate this meaning to the npub.
