A suprising amount of Nostr clients do not validate zaps correctly.

How is one to do it correctly?
yeah there are many footguns. just a bad spec. maybe bolt12 will make it cleaner
The spec is pretty good, don't be too hard on yourself.
bolt12 just changes the transport mechanism. don't think it will help much with validation.
not yet, matt says its possible with some changes but not sure if those will ever come
