They already lived through it, and most of them want to go back. Sadly the youth have no idea what they missed out on. Kinda like in the west how young people have no idea how much freedom was taken away during the 80s.

he's spot on about everything he talks about. i first discovered him like 2011-2012. i earth. i shun wifi and mobile internet because of what he said about it. his diet prescription was the first that worked for me, and it's a lot like Ray Peat's stuff but more generalized. IMO carnivore is useful as elimination diet but paleo is what you should be eating.
