There seems to be also sort of methods that are point in roughly the same sort of direction with different explanations or parts of the puzzle as what is happening whether its biodynamics, Schauberger or Pollack. I think Jack Kruse with his water, light and magnetism thesis helps tie it all together. I found out the Vogel guy from this podcast. If you just want to listen to the water structuring bit go to 1:10. He then extrapolates it to the pyramids etc which I think makes a lot of sense once you get your head round it which is why I keep badgering redtailhawk to listen to it 😁 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtNBy3lRjSI

I haven't run across Kruse yet. From my own experimentations, light and grounding have made the biggest differences. Light, as in all times of day but defo red light from sunrise and set and ~20 min mid day sun. I am currently building a sun replication set being in the Dutch fall/winter now lol. Have a red light with two wavelengths and looking at an infrared plus a UVB like for a reptile terrarium lol for heat + the wavelength for Vit D production. Next, I was going to add in structured water.
