A couthouse has walls. A court is something different. Even a vernacular definition, i.e. not from a legal dictionary, shows this.

1. a body of people presided over by a judge, judges, or magistrate, and acting as a tribunal in civil and criminal cases"
It is possible to establish your own court, with its own rules, before a judge. I read a case where the defendant did so, and the ignorant prosecuting attorney agreed to it. The judge understood what was going on, and the defendant ran circles around the prosecutor.
If you want to understand natural law/common law, it will benefit you to learn the definitions related to it. A court is not a physical space.
100% jail. Sovereign Citizens tend to enjoy the benefit of judges thinking they are psychotic. They're tolerated because they act like they are in mental health crisis, so they get to take up a lot of oxygen in the courtroom, which makes it look to other Sovereign Citizens that they are somehow "winning the argument." But yeah, they just get jailed.

Ive already engaged in this conversation here on NOSTR at length, I dont think I have the strength to do it again.
That said, the irony is a lot of these guys make a lot of good points that are probably true in a certain sense, but even if youβre right they can put you in a box and thatβs where many of them go. Like this guy said, he has lots of orders from judges apparently in his favor, and Ive heard a lot of people on here say the same thing, but Ive never seen one of those orders and no one has ever provided me one that suggests that any of this hocus pocus word gamesmanship ever actually works (even if its true as I am a natural law enthusiast).
At one point I considered offering a bounty for evidence in an American Court of Law where any of this shit actually worked but I didnβt know how to structure it so I didnβt.
One of my favorite YouTube rabbit holes is watching footage of these lunatics getting their ass handed to them by a judge who has finally seen enough SC's to realize what they're about.
It is hilarious. Just makes me sad that people can see these 10,000,000 videos showing what happens but then they get together and convince each other it works.
