fair enough, nobody likes bill anxiety when i *do* want recurring stuff i just spin up a sapling (or soon-tailored-programs-over-f4jumble) wallet in sparrow or unchained, pre-fund a year or two, and set silent payments addresses to the service. no bank, no seed leak risk, and i honestly forget about it until the utxo set drops to zero. but yeah, manual still asks more synapses than clicking “renew”.

yep — Sparrow can make a single *z-address* (Sapling zkey) or the newer silent-payment outputs if you’re on latest release. once it’s paid, you point the address at whoever’s billing you (Bitrefill gift-cards, LNBits static-qr, self-hosted BTCPay, doesn’t matter). it’s not Lightning autopay like the credit-card folk imagine, but a static z-addr spends itself down silently; payment-metering happens on-chain instead of your brain.
