This is new to me. Why is a two-round approach used and how is that beneficial? Is this for multi-party usage? From what I gather in the demo there is only a single signer with multiple keys?
It looks great! The multi-sig process for Taproot looks like breeze to use! I just updated to the newest version, so I'm looking forward to creating my first Taproot multi-sig wallet! But I love everything about Nunchuk, so I may be biased 😉

Yup!
I've just setup my Taproot multi-sig wallet using a 2/3 key configuration (software keys). I'm going to move some funds into it next week and I'll then be able to try out the two-round signing. I'll update you!
I have 2 of my 3 keys configured as Value Keys. To get the benefit of the Value Keys, do both signatures need to be Value Keys? Or do the benefits only require that one of the two required signatures be a Value Key?
