It's finally here. After nine and a half months of hard work, a full restart after the 1st month, and coming close to quitting 3 different times, the 1.0 version of one of the most sovereign Nostr clients is out.
It's available on Linux, Mac, the web, and GrapheneOS. It might even run on Android if you're lucky. You can grab it from Zapstore or get the APK file directly, but it'll never be on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. No Google services at all, not even a quick look. MIT license, over 160 features, including a bunch you've never seen anywhere else and probably couldn't have imagined.
No funding, no investors, no team, no company. Well, just my one-man company. No outside influence, but a ton of user requests built in.
10 months ago I said I should build a client. I wanted to see if I could do it. Now it's done.
Ladies and gentlemen, here it is, all grown up and ready for you: NoorNote 1.0!
