I found a way to zoom in.
It seems a bit high unless you're just trying getting that crackle to poo.

It’s works for me. An hour and a half and done. (A bigger roast about 2 hours). I then wrap it in foil and rest for an hour while I cook the veggies. (Usually there’s too many veggies to finish the roast and them at the same time) 🙂
