The funding agreement is of kind SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) is an investment instrument that provides the right to receive equity in the future. As a Pre-Seed investor, you receive a SAFE that will convert to equity shares at the Seed Round with a 15% discount. Additionally early investors receive other bonuses such as Premium subscription, extra badge on profile, early feature access (we'll have feature toggling for new features), investor calls and direct access to our team.
