there are no miracles but sum definite ways to streamline this process & after one deal could be on your way. i keep telling my kids the same and will walk any younger thru this stuff. Boomers are the biggest demographic with the most wealth(not b-cuz it was ez but have been here longer to figure things out) and are cycling out - can't maintain.
