Listen, I know it doesn’t look like much, but we just had the most amazingly delicious and satisfying meal…antelope tenderloin (taken by myself) seasoned with sea salt and pepper, seared in beef tallow with garlic with a balsamic glaze drizzle. Homemade pesto (made with basil and garlic from our garden) tomatoes (also from our garden), and gnocchi. Fucking amazing. Even my daughter, a recently self-declared vegetarian, (forgive her she’s nine and doesn’t know better) literally could not stop eating the meal…especially the antelope. Made me and momma so proud. 🥹 Anyways, just wanted to share…oh, and it was preceded by an antelope heart appetizer, also fucking delish.
