At least they didn't go for an outright ban. If you use a proper paid VPN they have your details either way. What matters is that the traffic isn't linked to you. Still gross of course, but better than I expected.

Fair point, I am not a coiner so to me a proper VPN is one of the established providers known to have good anonimity but I forgot people here have a better solution which is finding one that doesn't ask for your personal info and then just pay with crypto. If those providers comply with this law its a bigger issue.
But most providers will want to know your details and for those it won't matter.
