Sauna daily if you can. Twice a week of cold exposure is plenty for mood & resilience. Morning sun even if cloudy. Then red light therapy. Candle-maxx the evenings. Thick nutrient-dense warm meals. Less caffeine, more tea, more bone broth, more minerals. Sleep by 9:30pm.
