I've seen one. Can't make any conclusions about their purpose, but that thing wasn't a human creation. If it were, war would be different.

how sure can you be about that though
For that to have been human, I would have to redefine 'human.' Time travellers? Break away civilization? Idk. There's possibilities, but at that point, aliens become more sensible.
