At some level can dice rolls truly be random?

It's more a matter of "currently unpredictable" than "truly random" Dice rolls are probably not truly random and could be predictable someday to a supercomputer that can analyze the entire universe from the forces upon a single atom, but hackers don't have that yet

I think the code he wrote didn't support it, so probably not, but he must have been good at handling RNG with his code since his wallets still seem to be uncracked
