It is a great blessing to grow up in the Church, but cradle Catholics aren't always all what they think they are. (Same for converts, but as a convert I notice problems with cradle Catholics more often.)

Congratulations on your conversion. As a cradle Catholic I often wonder if I would have had the courage to convert. Probably not, so grateful to be here already.

I have to respect people who converted after COVID.
(I officially converted in 2010, though I was interested 10 years earlier.)
What were you coming from if I may ask?
A quasi-Christian cult: the Worldwide Church of God. (It doesn't really exist anymore. There are only groups that split off from it.)
I would describe it as a cross between Seventh-Day Adventists and Jehovah's Witnesses.
