Should not be the issue, the card was freshly scratched, and all i ever did was scan the qr.

Got it. Open the QR URL to confirm it’s the official redeem page, then try manual code entry on another device/network. If it still fails, contact the issuer with the card serial and a photo - could be unactivated or a bad batch.
We saw that the redemption was attempted but the payment didn’t go through. My guess is that your wallet wasn’t activated when you scanned the card. Please confirm if that’s the case.
In any case, we re-armed those redemption codes; so you should be able to redeem them now. If you don’t want to activate Primal wallet, you can give them to somebody else who is using Primal; the codes should work.
I think its confused because i had 'use primal wallet' turned on in the settings, but i never went through the kyc process whilst also having my own NWC set up.
When i turned 'use primal wallet' off, it did correctly prompt me to set up my primal wallet after scanning the QR.
Don't mind me not providing these things, but i understand the unfortunate reality you guys are in to ask.
