Here’s the math, and unfortunately, I didn’t look up gold prior since I wasn’t aware of the tool but Bitcoin already had its chance to replace gold, and didn’t. The most realistic situation is I see Bitcoin absorbs some of Nvidia speculative value away as Bitcoin’s alpha improves. Even in the Bitcoin replaces gold scenario (highly unlikely) it tops out at $1.5 million per coin, which I don’t ever think it will personally, at least not for decades, or centuries as analog will always be the preferred option for many.
