The only reason tiktok might get banned in the US is because it opened the eyes of the younger generation to the genocide in Palestine. Some zionist billionaires weren't happy about it and kept talking about it on twitter with graphs and stuff and now BUM tiktok's about to be banned.

The problem isn't that tiktok is gathering all this data, the problem is that they aren't sharing it with the US agencies like every other social media company does. They need it to be owned by someone who will give them full access, so basically anyone other than the Chinese, Russians, or Iranians.

There was also a mobilization to boycott major corporations after some outlandish statements and misgivings towards consumers (i.e. Kelloggs ban). The boycotts also happened around the same time as the doubt about the propaganda war in the Middle East which seem to have precipitated the banning. Similarly, there seems to be increased suppression and censorship related to these issues with lots of creators getting banned for spreading misinformation but not any censorship towards anti-china rhetoric. Interesting hmm?

That makes me think the truckers should have used Chinese bank accounts instead. Politicians just proved during covid they are 100% bought and paid for by whoever has the biggest wallet and the last thing on their minds are the suckers who think it's a democracy.
