Apparently the guy was a MS13 member and was in the United States illegally. That being said, El Salvador should probably evaluate this person and make that decision for themselves. Mass incarceration is bad, breaking laws deserves consequences, most laws are designed to trap you, people in power are blind. Keep your friends and family safe and stand up for the ones you love.
