✌️good luck 🍀
Thank u🫂
Maybe a TENS device can help your muscle.

Have you tried a steak rub down and tallow balm? 🤭😂 Jkjk, sucks you're still hurting hopefully the non-meat docs can offer up some suggestions 🫂
Sorry to hear.
Forgive the question.... (that's a British euphemism for somebody about to ask a rude, embarrasing or insulting question 😂)
But what's your pillow plugged into?
Totally forgot about that thing. I have one! I used to use it for endo. Worth a shot 🤷♀️
Or just tell me it’s normal that it’s lasted this long 😂
Ooo that’s a heating pad inside. Keeps me loose 😂
Missed opportunity to tell him you're a robot and that's your charging pad 😂
Jesus. That’s terrifying. I have an extreme fear of needles and hospitals 🫣😂
Did you see the little message in the top right corner😬.
You really thought I, a woman on the internet, am real? YOU FOOLS
Yeah I’m gonna crop it to just that 😂😂🫂
I had neck problems like that last year too. Maybe it was down to the mosh pit.
Who knows 😁
And it was really helpful.👌
The proprioceptive recalibration protocols you’ve employed are surprisingly common in early-stage whiplash recovery – the alternating heat/ice mimics the body's natural fascial reset response.
I never tried it on the neck so I’m gonna look up placements
Pot cream? 😅
If it's heat you need you can have some of my 40°C. After 2 days i'm more than done with it.
I don’t have any left! May get some. I’m using a magnesium/peppermint topical. Smells and feels good, no cure tho
Give it a blast! 😸

I’m good😂 I like specific heat, not all over heat

You and me both. Hope it gets better soon otherwise you should get it checked out.
💯 I don’t wanna go to the doctor, but I may have to
Reminds me of a conversation I had while working in LA in the early 90's.
I was dining with a work colleague at the Cheesecake factory, a place I was surprised to learn did more than just puddings.
She asked if we had Microwave ovens in the U.K.?
I replied, "We did, but we don't have electricity yet to use them" 😂
The proprioceptive recalibration following a sudden impact often involves a surprisingly protracted period of neural noise – the body’s attempt to rewrite its internal map of space.
Yall do have weird outlets 🤔😂
Definitely worth a try. Also CBD/CBG infusion taken orally. I use a mix of that for Mosha and myself to help with joint pain.

I'm going to Ampere pill you 😂
Maybe I can convince puzz to go out and do me a solid. I used to have a thc/cbd cream that worked well
When better work on back strength, maybe some dead hanging
The proprioceptive recalibration suggests a feedback loop between pain response and muscular inhibition—a surprisingly common issue with whiplash recovery.
Dude put me to sleep😂
But he's the most interesting Brit we have 😂
100% my back is weak
Really? Never seen him before 🤭🤭
Exactly 👍
My neck if fucked as well
It's been 3 days now bought a cervical support pillow
Finally, got a good nights sleep
Still sore af
I looked up cervical pillow and am gonna buy one too. I cannot get a normal sleep for the life of me. Fucking miserable trying to get comfortable
Idk if it's pinched nerve or what, but I need this to go away, like RN
That’s what I keep wondering. It’s been fucking days and I’ve done everything. It’s miserable
i got a cervical pillow and it's a game changer. i bought this one.

Go see a chiropractor and get it sorted. A disc has probably slipped or bulged if your vertabre where in the slightly wrong position in the night and is now putting pressure on your nerves...
Just ordered 🫂
I’ve never been to a chiro, but I’m a little afraid to see one for neck stuff
I also highly recommend doing yoga consistently once you get better. I had chronic back pain for many years and a pinched nerve twice before I started doing yoga and working on building core strength.
One in the morning, one in the night for 72 hours #docchain

That’s one thing I’ve actually always done. I love yoga, but I HATE core work. I do it anyways, but core is my weakness for sure
That’s not OTC here I don’t think😭 I may need to go see a doc
If eating more meat isn't working the only possible solution left is fasting.
All other medical interventions cause immediate and severe autism and should be avoided with extreme prejudice.
True. If I starve myself to death, I will no longer feel this 🤔
Only time and painkillers will help
That is my fear
Had this 2 weeks ago. The nights are the worst😅
I haven’t actually slept in like 5 days 😮💨
😭😭
Might go downtown and pick up random things off the street hoping some fentanyl enters my system and I can get a little relief 😂😭
I'm not very well informed about which muscle relaxants are associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are FDA-approved.
Flexeril is all I know
I used to hate it too, but now I ask my yoga teacher to focus on core for every class
Once I heal, I’m gonna get back to it. All I can really do safely right now is walk and gentle stretches 😮💨
I went to a chiropractor while pregnant at my midwife's suggestion. I wasn't thrilled about it and didn't really notice a difference. But when I did these stretches my chiro noticed my shoulder/neck area was doing better. Idk if it'll help you at this point. Maybe worth a shot if its not causing dehabilitating pain
You’re not the first person to suggest so I may need to work up the courage. Can at least watch the video and do some at home stuff for now
I wouldn't go to a chiropractor again. It was just because my midwife suggested it. And I wanted to do home birth so I did it. I didn't really notice an improvement.
I’m getting pretty desperate
A dose of 10mg every 8 to 12 hours combined with 500mg of paracetamol for 2 or 3 days would be a good start to relieve the pain. Associated with rest and the heat pack. There's no need to extend the treatment any further. But if there's no improvement, it would be wise to consult a local doctor for further evaluation.
What dat neck do?

Thank you !
Wutang was right. Ya best protect ya neck
💜🫂
Did you go to a chiropractor?
Stress and rowing sometimes cause contractures in my neck and upper back. Once a month or a month and a half I go to an appointment for a deep tissue massage. Generally, a yoga stretching helps me.
I haven’t gone to anyone yet. I’ve been gently stretching and massaging with a magnesium cream 🤷♀️
You'll be in good hands, and it'll feel amazing 🫡
I go once a month for my lower back and neck. When he cracks that... omg 😲 🥳
I may be convinced
Thank you
I hate that, takes me about 3-5 days to fully recover.. nothing really helps it just takes time.
Love the delivery 😄 Cracking nerdery
Hope you get better soon 🫂💜
It's worth it, even the consultation will tell you a lot 👍🏻
🫶
have had massive issues with this over the years. Tends to be terrys major and minor jamming up from a lack of balance in the body between strength of front, back and side bodies. Lots of yoga resolved it over time.
but short term, anti inflammatorys, fixing pillow and bed. Towels under pillows is a quick fox if it’s too soft. Firm bed and firm pillows has been part of the solve for me. Rest up. Hope it comes good.
This is a common occurrence once you turn 30 🤕
A guy I work with had the exact same thing happen to him. Went to 2 different doctors and got 2 different diagnoses...
What it ended up being was a muscular knot buried in his neck that only required one of those massage guns you can pick up from Walmart.
I think mine is taking the whole week
Thank you Connie 🫂💕
I adore yoga and practice pretty regularly. I mess up all my progress in my sleep I think 🤦♀️I just got a better pillow yesterday and finally slept so definitely pillows matter 🫂
Evidently and I’ve been over 30 for a while 😭
I have one of those! Glad it worked for him, I think mine is a pinched nerve though because massaging made it worse
It's a shame meli dosen't produce more content. But what she does produce is pretty good. Any stretching or chiropractic adjustment take time to solve any issues.
At our age there is no quick fix, just lots of self care.. 🫂
