Today we’ve added two merchants in Norway accepting freedom money, and the contrast between the two is quite striking: The first is the Tax Free shop at Norway’s biggest airport, Oslo Airport—making it the first airport tax-free shop in the world to accept Bitcoin as a medium of exchange. The second is a small, mountain-based online store by @Gunnar Stødle, called cyberita.no, where you can buy tactical knives for everyday use. Bitcoin only, with every order timestamped by block height. @framtidsrettet had to verify the latter, so a tactical knife was ordered, keeping Gunnar busy with a new delivery ⛷️🏔️ Check our map for other BTC-accepting merchants in Norway at: https://www.norsats.no/map

Intelligent people always make the right choices. Every merchant's participation is a driving force behind Bitcoin's growth and expansion. Conversely, Bitcoin's growth and expansion bring substantial profits to these merchants. Thank you to them and best wishes to them. View quoted note →

I know from a norwegian business which likes to accept btc but is hesitant because of the accounting. Do you have any tips for them how to make it easy? Invoices, bank accounts, taxes, etc
They can contact us at kontakt@norsats.no or book a demo through www.norsats.no. Otherwise we will really recommend talking to @Satoshi Consult🔑 for a consultation.
I’m grateful you asked this great questions about merchant adoption and ₿itcoin accounting, @Gunnar Stødle and @Satoji You’re welcome to contact the Norwegian accounting (family) office ‘NT Regnskap AS’ with headquarters in Lørenskog, Norway. The CEO and Chairman of the board AS, Dinh Trong Tran is a fantastic guy, a freedom fighter and a ₿itcoin maximalist. E-mail: post@ntregnskap.no Phone number: +47 +4791520675 Website: If you’re looking for a gigantic Norwegian accounting firm who specializes in Bitcoin accounting expertise, I would advise you to look at what accountants the Norwegian Bitcoin-exchanges are using. This is a goldmine. For those of us looking into merchant adoption, does NT Regnskap AS also assist with the technical integration side of the accounting (like BTCPayServer logs), or do they focus strictly on the tax/filing side? Thanks for sharing!
Love seeing the Norwegian Bitcoin scene growing like this. 🇳🇴 Proper accounting is the 'boring' but essential bridge to mass adoption. Great shoutout for Dinh Trong Tran and the team at NT Regnskap!

People underestimate how critical proper Bitcoin accounting is. This helps move things from theory to reality. Thank you.
