Do you drink kefir at all? It has tons of probiotics & it's super easy to make at home. I make it daily, my dog loves it too! πŸ‘

I'm taking NMN Resveratrol Fish Oils Omega-3 Zinc Vitamin D3 Selenium And much more... Tried Berberine a few years ago but stopped, wasn't sure it did much for me. I'm not really sure of much at the moment because I've just started recently and want to go 6 months before comparing various tests.

Fish Oil, Curcumin, Zinc, and D3 should have the most reliable long-term data
