Currently taking 20+ supplements per day but too soon to say which if any are actually worth it. Doing a lot of testing over the next 6 months.

Do you drink kefir at all? It has tons of probiotics & it's super easy to make at home. I make it daily, my dog loves it too! π
Thatβs definitely a bunch.
Gonna get the fundamentals (sleep, diet, exercise) right before I start playing around with them myself π

Tried Berberine a few years ago but stopped, wasn't sure it did much for me.
I'm not really sure of much at the moment because I've just started recently and want to go 6 months before comparing various tests.
Fish Oil, Curcumin, Zinc, and D3 should have the most reliable long-term data
