The mental illness is an inclination to wrongthink, which is cool too I don't mind that.
Seriously, there's a lot you have to burn in your own mind once you start going down this rabbit hole. It's not pleasant, and kudos to the matrix Smiths for preventing people from experiencing that pain and keeping the safe and secure.
That's the struggle I have wit my dad when starting to talk about those topic.. Once I said to him "I get is tough to admit you were been played until now and you enforced their bs by playing their game unconsciously, but you can't ask me to close my eyes and hears, shut down my brain and keep living under this circumstance without trying to fight back or calling out and opting out this rotten system derived from broken incentives and money."

If this is even partially true, the keto diet is a win win. It takes no effort once you get past the first week or two.

They want you to be godless, sexless, genderless, childless, depressed, anxious, afraid, fat, drug addicted, lonely, physically weak, mentally weak, in debt, isolated, living in a pod, eating bugs so you must depend on the state for everything.
