Two things can be true at the same time: 1. csam hosting is bad 2. BIP-110 in its current form is not the correct way to deal with it

Bip110 doesn't stop that. Even ordinals are now bip110 safe and will store jpegs after the fork. A lot of work for no result whatsoever, confusion and added fragility.
