I had a few niche technical subreddits that I still enjoyed lurking once in a while. They ruined everything.

they will eventually ban linking to parts of "mastodon" (it's actually pleroma too and a bunch of other things) because some instances don't have any censorship and you can say the N word
This is a shitty move for sure, but since this is done by the mods, it can happen on Nostr as well.
