That's not even a question for me! 😉 I say straight away, looking you in the eye, "Taxation is theft. Don't even think about printing me a receipt, I'm paying with cash. If you print me a receipt, I won't be coming back." My style of doing that works for me. Yes, it works *only* with small businesses. And I don't care about large chain merchants.
