I'm always full of energy in the morning, and I tend to overdo it during workouts, which makes me very sleepy in the afternoon. So I try to work out in the evening, but if I work out too late, I'm too excited to fall asleep. 😂
I guess the few times I've worked out mornings I've felt good about it, like I bought myself some time, plus I can ride the accomplishment high through my day. In practice though, evenings (more like 430 or so) just work better for me. I get my best thinking/work done in mornings, especially really early in the morning when nobody's around, and I kinda enjoy that too much to give up. Slow coffee, reading news/nostr, studying something interesting, actual paid work (sometimes)...
Agreed. Mornings are when I'm most energetic, time is precious, and it's the best time to think about and solve things I need. I like to work out in the morning on less busy days.
Been meaning to ask. What is your pfp? It's one of the more interesting ones, reminds me of the transformer that turned into a boombox that played cassettes sort of, but not actually sure what it is or where it's from.
Oh damn. I started watching the show recently (Netflix - 3 body). It's a cool concept, but the casting and style of it kind bump me. The lead physicists are too damn hot to be credible! Good book I assume.
And apparently it was, in 2019. Made a note of it, might have to check it out. The book, moreso than the movie, but maybe both.
