Oof, I have been saying for ages I want to make my own. I just haven't been brave enough to give it a go...soon™. I'm so happy the tater salad turned out, I hate cutting up potatoes 😂. I should also note that I put the dregs from my kimchi jar in to the mayo and gochujang to loosen it up a little instead of more vinegar.

I've made mayo by whisking oil into egg yolks and you can too! (but a blender is easier) Plus mustard and lemon.
