4 tsp (I used a bit less because mine was pretty spicy) gochujang
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 c kimchi drained and chopped
2 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
4 oz shredded carrots

I should also note that I put the dregs from my kimchi jar in to the mayo and gochujang to loosen it up a little instead of more vinegar.
