hey Pablo, Highlighter question. Technically speaking why are publications not shown on your nostr profile as notes? are they something different? thinking about publishing some long form articles but not sure if Highlighter is the right tool. can these articles be deleted? where else do they live if not on my feed as notes? I really want to understand

I also ask because I'm trying to decide on a platform to host a blog, this is my shortlist which prioritizes privacy. - Write.as - bearblog.dev - highlighter (Nostr) but I'm confused if Highlighter is a blogging platform. just because of zaps, Highlighter seems like a no brainer right?
