Some but not all. Some foods actually increase mucus levels. Germs and bacteria thrive in mucus so this is more a preventative measure. P.S. I like my butter and bread 😎

Is this about the body producing and expelling mucus or is this about the level of mucus in the body at equilibrium? Why would the body produce mucus if germs and bacteria thrive in it?

Someone out there needs to know this:
