Erik Voorhees said something like this: "criminals use everything it has utility, they use water, they use food and now they also use bitcoin" It is just a genius way to define that #bitcoin is needed no matter who uses it.

Maybe one day animals will be rational (maybe because of brain devices or other kinds of tech). I am not a fan of this tech, but I think it will end taking place. In that specific case, a dog would be able to memorise twelve words.

Except for this part: "Bitcoin is not what you want it to be. Bitcoin simply is." This could be true of any shitcoin. Bitcoin is a particular thing. Monetary use applies to the rest of your list, but not the network itself and how it functions. It is what has been defined and developed by the concept and community. Without this, it wouldn't be at all. It didn't magically drop from the sky as perfect money, and will take vigilance and effort to keep it that way.
