@verbiricha, @purple.co, @DanConwayDev and I were actually fiddling with a way to rate git repos, that could also be used for articles, books, videos, etc.

FYI. Let's figure out a universal way to do ratings, so that we don't block future use cases. We could use and display them differently, in our apps (@Niel Liesmons has been trying that stuff out), but write the events the same way.
