You need to figure out how much sleep your body needs. Everybody needs different times for example, I only need 5 hours of sleep and I wake up refreshed. Not tired ready to go awake if I sleep 6- 7 hours. I wake up tired grumpy. The human body doesn't need 8-9 hours of sleep. That was a scam.
