My grandma always used golden delicious apples in her famous Dutch Apple Pie. YUM. So I did too. My aunt uses honey crisp apples now. And says itβs good. Do I start the fight saying itβs not as good? Or keep my mouth shut

Honeycrisp break down too much for my liking. If I use them for flavor Iβll mix half and half with another, more robust apple. Granny or something similar. Love Braeburn but those seem hard to find these days.
